About FaithMembers

FaithMembers was built on a simple observation: churches run on the same operational fundamentals as any other organization, things like scheduling, communication, financial stewardship, and member records, but almost every tool built for those fundamentals was designed for a business, not a congregation, or was designed for a church two decades ago and never modernized.

We set out to build the operational backbone a church actually needs today, one that uses AI to absorb the repetitive, time-sensitive work: answering the phone, following up with visitors, reconciling giving. That way staff and volunteers, who are often stretched thin and unpaid or underpaid, can spend their limited hours on the parts of ministry that genuinely require a person.

Built on the Web Workers platform

FaithMembers runs on Web Workers, a full AI operating system that gives organizations real digital employees instead of another software subscription to manage by hand. Web Workers isn't a single app. It's a platform of modules, each one purpose-built for a different kind of organization, all running on the same underlying AI workforce and infrastructure.

FaithMembers is one of those modules: the one built specifically for churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, and faith communities of every kind. Other organizations run different modules on the same platform, for their own industries, with their own AI workers trained for their own work. The technology underneath is the same proven engine. What changes is who it's built to serve.

Web Workers is built and operated by Tarlton Technologies, a company focused on putting AI to work on real operational problems for organizations that have historically been underserved by software. We don't believe AI should replace human relationships. We believe it should clear the administrative noise out of the way of them.
