Respecting your time

Faith Members is built on the understanding that volunteers are donating hours they could spend anywhere. The goal of the scheduling system is to minimize the coordination tax on that time, fewer messages, clearer expectations, and sign-ups that don't require three rounds of back-and-forth to confirm.
