Faith Members ("we", "us") provides church management software to congregations and religious organizations. This policy explains what information we collect through faithmembers.org and our platform, and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, name, email, church affiliation, and message content, when you submit a form on this site, start a trial, or contact our support team. Within the platform itself, churches control and own the congregation, giving, and communication data they enter.

How we use it

We use contact information to respond to inquiries, provide the service you've requested, and send relevant product updates you can opt out of at any time. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data belonging to churches

Congregation records, giving history, and communications entered into the Faith Members platform belong to the church using it. We act as a data processor for that information and do not use it for purposes outside operating the service, except as required by law.
