Feature Pillar
Worship & Inventory
Worship logistics are a thousand small details, setlists, chord charts, who's on the rotation, which mic is in the shop for repair, how many communion cups are left in the supply closet. Faith Members tracks all of it in one place instead of a worship leader's personal notebook.
What it does
Setlists, team rotations, and equipment live together, so a Thursday rehearsal plan, Sunday's run sheet, and the inventory of supplies needed for an upcoming baptism are all visible to the same team without separate systems.
Concrete capabilities
- Setlist and chart library. Build a service setlist with keys, arrangements, and linked charts, reusable across weeks and searchable by title, key, or theme.
- Team rotation scheduling. Worship team members are scheduled with the same conflict-aware system used for general volunteers, so no one gets double-booked between serving on stage and serving in another ministry.
- Equipment and maintenance tracking. Instruments, sound and video gear, and their service history are logged, with alerts when something's overdue for maintenance or still checked out for repair.
- Supply inventory with reorder alerts. Communion elements, candles, curriculum, and other consumables are tracked with low-stock alerts sent to whoever manages purchasing, before the closet is actually empty on a Sunday morning.
- Service plan sharing. The full run sheet, order of service, transitions, tech cues, is shared automatically with everyone on the team ahead of rehearsal, not texted out the night before.
Why it matters
Worship ministry runs on consistency, and consistency breaks down fast when the plan lives in one person's head or inbox. Centralizing setlists, scheduling, and inventory means a substitute worship leader or a new volunteer can step in without having to reconstruct institutional knowledge from scratch.
